Business Development Manager

  • Pre-sale business development pipeline creation that includes researching and qualifying prospects
  • Generate leads via LinkedIn and other such channels
  • Pursue and nurture leads until qualified. Set up meetings for outside sales with qualified prospects
  • Learn the target market’s pain points and dive deep into their niche
  • Get buy-in for demo and use case identification for Proof of concept 
  • Plan and execute the market strategies focused on product adoption and the overall success of the existing and prospective customers
  • Create and implement pipeline acceleration programs and lead generation towards specific, targeted accounts
  • Work with the marketing agency for improving marketing effectiveness through better audience segmentation, marketing techniques, and processes
  • Deliver training and tools to our sales team to help them be more efficient and effective
  • Negotiate and close transactions
  • Develop the partner ecosystem for generating sales through Partners  
  • Develop international market for the products
  • At least 3 years of experience in Account based marketing and Sales operations
  • Prior experience in selling SaaS software is a must
  • Exposure to supply chain / logistic / warehousing industry is an added advantage
  • Excellent communication skills are mandatory
  • Experience of international selling would be an added advantage
  • Experience in content marketing would be an added advantage

Manager BD – Hardware Sales

  • New Client acquisition through corporate tie ups and generating new business by contacting potential clients through face-to-face meetings, cold calls, emails.
  • Experience in selling IT Hardware products (like, AMCs, FMS, IT Infrastructure managed services and Solution Selling, Remote desktop management system / Storage, server, Virtualizations, Backup Solutions, Network management solutions / Data center solutions)
  • Should have strong experience in corporate sales, B2B Sales and can handle large enterprise and End customers.
  • Forecasting and achieving monthly/quarterly business targets by offering IT services to enterprise customers
  • Proactively seek new business opportunities in the market.
  • Developing and maintaining relationships with customers to ensure repeat business and customer satisfaction.This includes following up on sales, addressing customer concerns and complaints, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
  • Identify client needs and suggest appropriate products/ services by developing sales strategy to ensure that sales targets and revenue goals are achieved.
  • Creating proposals and quotes for hardware products and negotiating prices and terms with clients
  • Proactive, highly motivated, and customer-focused individual is preferred
  • Knowledge of the hardware industry and products
  • At least 4 years of experience in sales, with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Excellent communication skills are mandatory
  • Should also be able to work independently as well as part of a team to achieve sales goals and meet customer needs.
